Account
How do I create an account?
Click Sign in in the header, then Create account. You can also sign up with Google.
I forgot my password.
Use the forgot password page. We'll email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your listings, messages and profile.
Posting
How do I post an ad?
Click Post ad in the header. Choose a category, fill in the details, upload up to 10 photos, and publish.
Why can't I post in Motors or Property?
From 1 July 2026, posting in Motors and Property requires an active membership. Until then, posting is free.
How do I edit or remove my listing?
Open Dashboard → My listings, then use the edit or delete button on the listing card.
How do I show or hide my phone number?
While posting, toggle Show phone number on listing. Buyers can always reach you via the in-app chat.
Buying & messaging
How do I contact a seller?
Tap Chat on any listing to start a conversation. Replies appear in your inbox.
How do I save a listing for later?
Tap the bookmark icon on any listing card. Saved items live in Dashboard → Saved.
How do ratings work?
After a conversation, both parties can rate each other 1–5 stars and leave a review. Ratings show on profiles and listings.
Jobs
How do I post a job?
Click Post ad → Job. From 1 July 2026, employers need an active membership and a verified employer profile to post in Hiring.
How do I apply?
Open the job page and click Apply. You can attach a CV or apply from your candidate profile.
How do I get verified as an employer?
Go to Dashboard → Employer profile, complete the form and upload your trade license. Verification typically takes 1–2 business days.
Membership
What's included?
- Post in Motors and Property categories.
- Post Hiring jobs (with a verified employer profile).

- "Member" badge on your profile and listings.
How much does it cost?
$10/month or $90/year (save $30). See the membership page.
When does the paywall start?
1 July 2026. Until then, all posting is free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You'll keep member benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Use the report button on the listing or message. Read more on the safety page.
